Here are 2 important ways you can help
Family Literacy of Racine

Volunteer

  • Volunteer one day a week, or once a month
  • Help with administrative tasks–
    mailings, copying, and other projects
  • Help with fundraising–this can be as
much or as little as you wantfrom
sitting at a table at Barnes & Noble for
an afternoon to making calls to
prospect-ive donors  to helping with a
    mailing.

Tutor
Although most of Family Literacy’s adult
students are taught in classes, occasionally
we need help with reading, writing, math,
science, or social studies, while working
towards their GED.
